HOMEWOOD CHOCOLATES Customer Service representatives are available to take your telephonic enquires between 9am and 5pm IST Monday through Thursday, and 9am IST - 12pm IST on Fridays. Customer Service is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Right after you place your order, you will receive an order number which confirms that your order went through successfully. We will send you an email notification when your order ships, along with a tracking number.

Depending upon the size of your order and the distance of your location from our point of shipping, the delivery/shipping charges will be levied extra. We do have a free shipping policy on some of our products, based on the quantity of your purchase.
