SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Please allow up to one business day for your order to be processed before shipment. We have same day shipping, for residents within the postal precincts of the chocolate factory, subject to a radius of 5 km. For outstation orders a window of at least 3-5 working days is required based on your location in India. If for any reason, we’re unable to ship your order as expected, we’ll get in touch with you.
Large or Custom Orders
If your order is for a large quantity of items or for custom orders like a birthday party/wedding orders, additional time will be required by us. Please feel free to contact us to enquire when your package will be dispatched/estimated date of delivery. Should we anticipate a delay, our team will reach out to you.
Orders will be shipped out Monday-Friday as weather allows. If the weather turns warm towards the weekend, we will hold orders scheduled for Friday, to ensure that it is not stuck in high temperatures while in transit. Naturally, during warmer weather, we may have to increase the ice packs in your parcel to avoid melting.
Chocolate starts to melt at around 20 degrees C, so we take great care when preparing and shipping your order to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. Therefore,
Thursday & Friday shipments may be held until the following Monday to ensure your chocolate is not found in a warm shipping transit location over the weekend.
Ice packs may be added to your order to ensure temperature control during the journey.
Note: In some instances, colour variations may be noticed in the chocolates and this is due to temperature changes but does not in any way affect the quality of the products.
